Park Shore Video Security Solutions
Video is an essential element of many security systems, and perhaps that’s why many clients think it should be relatively simple. It’s not though. Security technology has rapidly advanced, and the available options can appear daunting to many clients. However, AT&I knows which kinds of video security will work best with your particular space. No matter the situation, we know how to help you effectively meet your needs.
How? Every system we install is configured to meet the goals of your specific organization. We don’t believe in “one size fits all” solutions. Our systems can include:
- Digital video records
- Networked video recorders
- Retail surveillance systems
CCTV Systems from AT&I Systems
Most people know that closed-circuit television (CCTV) has existed for a long time, but fewer know that it’s almost a century old. In 1927, Russian scientist Léon Theremin combined wireless shortwave technology with manually operated cameras as a monitoring solution. CCTV didn’t become available in the United States until almost 1950, but today it’s virtually ubiquitous as a security solution.
Just because it’s old doesn’t mean that CCTV isn’t important. Indeed, its relative simplicity grants it several advantages. First, it works well. Second, it can monitor many different kinds of sites both internally and externally. Third, it excels at guarding against a variety of crimes, including theft, vandalism, terrorism, and more. Fourth, it’s easily scalable. Virtually all CCTV systems are comprised of a camera, some sort of recorder, one or more monitors upon which to watch the camera feeds, and cabling to connect everything. This makes it supremely easy to add or remove coverage area to or from an existing system. CCTV systems let owners and managers know what is happening around their business. We routinely install CCTV systems as an integral part of our Park Shore business security solutions, and have found them to be an extremely effective theft-deterrent solution.
CCTV Consultation and Installation for Park Shore Businesses
CCTV is a tried and tested technology that excels under certain conditions, but when those conditions aren’t met, it can fall prey to certain weaknesses. What are they? CCTV relies on having a coverage area that blankets all areas requiring oversight, and too few or incorrectly placed cameras may create blind spots. Additionally, it cannot operate autonomously. Alert employees or contractors must physically monitor the video feeds in order to know what’s happening around the property.
As part of our consultation services, we provide a tailored site evaluation for your specific organization. After evaluating your physical space, we analyze your staffing levels. Then we determine how CCTV can help you achieve your security goals. Properly preparing helps everyone avoid a negative outcome in the end.
Video Entry Security
The places where people or goods come and go around your property represent your areas of greatest weakness. This truth is self-evident among security experts. Fortunately, Park Shore businesses can shore up those areas by installing video-entry security, a solution that provides managers with information regarding who has gained access to the premises. Additionally, decision makers can turn this security data into managerial insights as they watch their organization’s day-to-day activities unfold from a new angle. Video-entry security works well for a wide array of areas, including HOAs, factories, condominiums, retail stores, warehouses and more.
Park Shore Gate Entry Systems
Organizations often need to manage the flow of traffic into their property just as much as the flow of people. In those instances, gate entry systems are an ideal solution. Residential and commercial locations have found these types of security systems vital.
A leader in gate entry systems, AT&I Systems has multiple options for gate access, including:
- Outdoor Video Systems
- Slide Gate Operators
- Swing Gate Operators
Additionally, AT&I even builds some parts of these gate access systems in-house. These elements include (but are not limited to):
- Aluminum Swing Gates
- Aluminum Side Gates
- Replacement Aluminum Barrier Arms
Many different kinds of businesses and residences can benefit from gate entry systems, such as gated communities, hospitals, banks, and parking garages.
Park Shore Access Control and Alarm Systems
When your Park Shore business or organization needs even more strict controls to manage foot traffic, consider installing an access control system. These security add-ons restrict entry to secured areas by only allowing credential-holding individuals to pass through. Some of the tasks that access control systems perform include:
- Track and record visitor access inside your organization
- Restrict access to client-specified areas
- Integrate with existing video and intrusion systems
- Administer all facilities under a single, unified access control system
My Virtual Guard Managed Access Control is a particularly powerful tool for retailers, providing unparalleled management power for areas that need special oversight. This remotely operated access control system allows managers to schedule the unlocking of doors, designate access holders, and generate reports. Such tools offer not only security benefits, but also provide valuable data that can inform business decisions.
Intrusion Alarm Systems
For many clients, intrusion alarm systems may seem similar to CCTV systems: They believe they’re older technologies that don’t deserve much careful considering. But while alarms are integral to security systems, they’re anything but unimportant. Every site can benefit from an alarm, and like the other systems we’ve mentioned above, they come with many different kinds of options. AT&I’s internationally recognized intrusion systems contain cutting-edge technology, and our clients can install additional features such as two-way voice verification and back-up cellular radios.
The areas in which one installs alarms is often just as important as the alarms themselves. AT&I Systems can install alarm systems in areas including (but not limited to):
- Main Entrances
- Secondary Entrances
- Offices
- Internal Rooms and Specific Floors of Buildings
- Service Entrances
- Parking areas and Garages
Better Monitoring and Detection for Park Shore
No matter the specific components we offer, we here at AT&I pride ourselves on ensuring that we use the latest tech in the systems we create. That’s not all, though. Our nearly three decades of experience combined with a range of hardware options means that we can safeguard any sort of site. For example, retailers that require extra precautions can use our seismic detectors to prevent access to safes, cabinets, and locked storage areas. Panic buttons and wireless bill traps (i.e., cash-drawer alarms) help financial institutions deal with potential security risks. Multi-family residential properties turn to video verification systems and two-way voice verifications systems to manage the flow of traffic into and out of their communities.
Not all organizations want to manage their security solutions, which is why we provide off-site monitoring and verification. Our UL-listed central monitoring station operates around the clock, providing redundant oversight every day and night so that you don’t have to.

Security in Park Shore
Park Shore has a somewhat shorter history than other areas in the Sunshine State. More of a neighborhood or borough located in the Naples area, Park Shore didn’t begin to come into existence until the 1960s. Its origins owe to an entrepreneur named Raymond Lutgert, who bought 760 acres of beachfront land in 1964. Naples, Florida, had Italian aspirations all the way back to the 1880s when promoters had tried to draw settlers by saying its waters possessed beauty “surpassing the bay in Naples, Italy.” Lutgert, though, took that Mediterranean panache and ran with it. Park Shore was situated near a barrier island, and Lutgert dubbed the waterway between the outer banks and the mainland Venetian Bay. He was also one of the first individuals to implement a planned unit development in Florida. Today, Park Shore is a luxurious area filled with glamorous shopping, ritzy condos, and high-end waterfront homes.
