Fantastic service! James took my call and coordinated everything needed for our new gate system on the first call. He scheduled the install and the techs were on site bright and early. The techs Mark and Josh did an outstanding job on the install. From start to finish, I could not be happier with the experience.

It was approx 15 years ago was I first used AT&I at a property I worked at in Deerfield Beach. At the time my experience with most gate companies were far from favorable, but with AT&I I was amazed by their honesty. They are a great consistent group of decent honest people that do-good work period! ATI Security Systems is always prompt with service and their response time. Anytime we call or email for service, they usually send out a tech same day, when its possible. Our company has used them for our community gate repairs for years!

AT&I staff are real professionals. They held our hand during the implementation of GateKey and OpenPath. In our development, we love the simplicity of the GateKey entry system - it’s simple and intuitive to use. The OpenPath system allows our snowflakes to open the gates while driving a temporary rental car or as a passenger in someone else’s car. Great products and great team.

After suggested upgrades and replacements, we are finally running 24/7 with few glitches now in community. The problems we have had over past year were addressed promptly and properly. ATI and there staff are first class. They solve problems and give solutions. I’ve been a BOD and a licensed Property Manager. I’ve hired them at multiple properties and they’ve done an excellent job. I wouldn’t highly recommend Oscar Jon and Ricky for your South Florida gate needs. When the gate goes down or the call box has an issue just call or e-mail them for assistance. Bravo ATI. !!
