Gate Entry Systems for Neighborhoods and Companies
Security and Efficiency for Your Property
Every property needs to keep traffic moving efficiently while ensuring its safety and security. That’s why gate entry systems exist. As security equipment sales continue to rise at 8% to 10% a year, a gate entry system is an ideal first line of defense for your property.
Gate Entry Systems From AT&I
Do you have a residential property that needs securing? What about an office complex or a retail center? No matter the location, we can help you find the perfect system.
For example, if you need a high-speed commercial application to help manage large amounts of traffic, you might choose a barrier-arm gate. These systems open in a couple of seconds, range in size from nine feet to 17 feet, and come with a variety of arm and sensor options.
Additionally, AT&I provides decorative swing and slide gates for sites that don’t need to accommodate heavy volumes of traffic. We offer these gates in a variety of shapes, all tailored for clients’ specific needs.

Gate Access and Sensor Options
Our gates are all custom made with different designs shapes and sizes to make the entrance consistent with your requirements and brand. All of our gates are welded construction with powder coated finishes.
Barrier Arm Gates
Barrier Arm Gates are ideal for high speed commercial applications to manage traffic flow into residential communities, commercial properties and parking garages. They can be used independently or in conjunction with swing or slide gates, which take longer to open and close. Barrier gates open and close in approximately 2 seconds. The average arm comes in lengths from 9’-17’ and is also offered in different configurations.
Trap Gate Configurations
Trap Gate Configurations are two barrier gates approximately 30’ apart which create a trap allowing only one vehicle to enter the property at a time. This prevents unauthorized vehicles from tailgating into a community. The 1st gate opens and allows the vehicle to move forward to the next barrier arm, while the first barrier arm closes behind them, creating the single car trap. The 2nd barrier arm opens allowing access into the community.
Aluminum Arm Options
- Round Black & Yellow Tape
- Round Red & White Reflective Tape
- Square Red LED Lighted Arms with Red & White Reflective Tape
- Square Red & Green Lighted Arms with Red & White Reflective Tape, These Arms are Red when Closed and Green when Open
Swing and Slide Gates
We fabricate decorative Aluminum swing and slide gates for residential communities. We install Commercial grade continuous duty slide and swing gate operators with battery back ups that will keep your gates operational, should there be a power failure. These gates come with a 5 year manufacturer warranty.
Strike Sensors
AT&I understands that vehicles sometimes hit gate entry system arms — and that such collisions can seriously impact your business. Strike Sensors can prevent and monitor accidents. That’s why we offer a number of strike sensors that can instantly alert you when a strike occurs via our exclusive ATI Notify System. We also know that many of these accidents can occur when one vehicle attempts to circumvent a gate entry system by tailgating. Our trap-gate systems keep cars and trucks safely separated during entry. By situating a pair of barrier gates 30 feet apart, we can prevent unauthorized entrants from trying to sneak in behind credentialed guests and employees.
Why Gate Access for Construction Sites is Necessary
Installing a gate access system at a construction site can be beneficial for a variety of reasons. It enhances security by controlling who can enter the site and preventing unauthorized access. This helps to protect against building material theft, vandalism, and other security threats. It also promotes safety by only allowing trained personnel who are aware of potential hazards onto the site.
Controlled access points provide a record of who has entered and exited the site, which is useful for tracking deliveries, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This allows for greater control of the area, enabling the site manager to grant or revoke access as needed, ensuring that only those with a legitimate need to be on site are allowed in. Overall, a gate access system is crucial for maintaining a secure, safe, and efficient construction site.
Your construction site can be equipped with a variety of gates and access control componentry for those in vehicles or on foot. Each of these access control systems has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the choice of system will depend on the specific requirements of the construction site, including the level of security needed, the number of personnel, and the budget available. These can include keypad or key fob access, biometric access, intercom access and license plate recognition.
Gate Entry Solutions for Residential Communities
Visitors use Telephone Entry Systems for unguarded gate entry. They come with different size screens which display from 1 to 20 residents names at a time. The visitor searches for the resident they are visiting and then enters the corresponding code to call the resident. The resident presses 9 on their phone to open the gate, allowing their visitor to enter the property. Our new telephone entry systems are cellular based, thus eliminating the need for a telephone line to be installed at the gate. This system also sends the resident a picture of the visitor to any smartphone.
Residents can use a number of different types of credentials to gain access into their community. Several examples include: access cards, key fobs, wireless transmitters, RFID windshield, license plate recognition, side view mirror tags and bar code labels on the vehicle’s side window. AT&I Systems can help you understand which credential is best based on your budget and visitor entry requirements.
